IT IS MY MISSION TO SHARE THE MESSAGE THAT Yoga and PILATES are FOR EVERYBODY AND EVERY BODY, REGARDLESS OF AGE, FITNESS LEVEL, BODY TYPE, INJURIES OR MEDICAL/PHYSICAL CONDITION.

In my Pilates and Yoga teaching, I work with many clients who struggle with persistent aches and pains, have spinal issues such as scoliosis,  are dealing with chronic pain such as sciatica, are in rehabilitation for past injuries or recovering from surgeries such as knee and hip replacements. My clients range from the young to the elderly.  I also have extensive experience working with clients who are breast cancer survivors, rehabbing from injuries or dealing with chronic conditions such as cerebral palsy, multiple scerlosis, diabetes and more.

BODY OF LOVE COACHING

As your coach, I will motivate you and hold you accountable on your Health and Wellness journey. I will help you find your own version of what healthy is, help you to achieve your goals, learn to love the skin you’re in, and live a more joyful life.

I will help you combat the cravings and root causes of emotional eating. You will learn to connect to your body and find movement that is joyful and celebrates your body instead of punishing it. I will help you stay accountable to the choices and goals you have set for yourself along the way.

IN OUR ONE ON ONE,

BODY OF LOVE COACHING SESSIONS:

  • We will find what your version of healthy looks like and how to obtain that. We will set clear goals and actionable steps so you can achieve your goals.
  • You will discover joyful movement practices that celebrate your body as it is, instead of focusing on punishing it for what you ate.
  • I will help you release bad habits that are holding you back from achieving your health and wellness goals.
  • We will look at wellness holistically and focus on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
  • I will provide a safe space for sharing and healing.
  • I will provide motivation, support and accountability throughout your journey.
  • We will get down and dirty to discover the root cause of disordered eating, reduce your cravings, and end emotional eating.
  • We will discover the best version of yourself and help you learn to love the skin you’re in so you can live a more joyful life!

EACH BODY OF LOVE

COACHING SESSION INCLUDES:

  • A 60 minute, one on one phone call or virtual session with me.
  • Coaching on the root cause of your emotional overeating.
  • Actionable steps to reduce and replace emotional overeating.
  • Tools on how to accept and love your body as it is right now, stop the negative self talk and upgrade your body image.
  • Homework to keep you motivated and accountable.
  • Informative handouts and resources to assist you on your journey such as workouts and meal plans.
  • Access to Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Aerobics, Wellness, and Meditation videos through my YouTube Channel.
  • Constant daily contact with me via email or text.
  • A private Facebook group to get support from my other clients.

I have also worked with clients with multiple scerlosis and cerebral palsy.

The benefits of a regular Pilates practice are abundant. Pilates can help relieve low back pain, increase flexibility, improve posture, correct imbalances in your body, create greater body awareness and build all over body strength.
